The challenges that each business group has to face in order to boost their project and obtain results are numerous and the DS Group has defined a framework of action with an integrated vision: in the strategic plan it has adopted references such as sustainable construction; management is improving the functioning and communication systems; at the technological level, it seeks to systematically adapt the materials and work equipment and in the field of human resources, established a framework of cooperation with workers seeking to improve working conditions and the operation of teams in all works and production areas.
In this last point, with objectives of progression in the internal cooperation, a meeting took place in the headquarters of Duartes and Sales with all the workers that dealt with:
- vocational training: the possibility for all workers to take part in training activities, with the cooperation of CENFIC;
- work clothes: several hypotheses of clothes of clothing were presented, for appreciation of those present;
- health insurance: the health insurance that the company will carry out for the benefit of the workers and, eventually, their family members has been disclosed.
The meeting was concluded with the signature of the individual accessions to the policy that will soon enter into force.
