A productive meeting with heads of Department of the Training Center located in Poço do Bispo opened doors for the implementation of a strategy of qualification for the various employees of the company. This objective can be achieved progressively and taking into account the real possibilities of potential participants to travel and participation in actions of three types:
- qualification associated to the EFA model, with the possibility of double certification;
- training on the basis of immediate needs;
- in-house training for organizational development or specialization needs.
Immediately Duartes and Sales will begin to welcome trainees looking for this way also to rejuvenate their staff and establish bridges with qualified personnel through CENFIC.
On the 24th CENFIC Open Day will be held, which will be announced in the following terms by the Training Center “On the 24th of May we will have a day open to those who want to visit us. We invite everyone to come to know firsthand our training activity and, together with our trainees and trainers, participate in various training activities. Free entrance, but with Marking required (with possibility of group marking) to: ana.borges@cenfic.pt “. Duartes and Sales have scheduled to be present in this initiative.
