The SENCON Professional Fair – International Construction, Finishing and Infrastructure Trade Fair in Dakar took place in late February in the Senegalese capital and was attended by companies from the DS Group, DS-Engenharia e Construção and DS-Senagal .
It was another initiative in the business internationalization strategy of Duarte and Sales that in addition to the CPLP countries it targets other territories such as Senegal, a country that emerges as an important developmental point in West Africa. With a projected growth of 6.9% in 2018 and strong dynamics such as the construction of the New Dakar, Senegal is on the route of business strategies of companies from all over the globe, including Portugal, which was brilliantly represented in the competition
Nelson Sales, leader of the Group companies, had the opportunity to contact several investors and suppliers, especially the Order of Architects, which seeks to implement sustainable construction solutions based on Senegalese traditions.
