In the municipal library of Sardoal, a public session on the ORU – Sardoal Urban Rehabilitation Operation took place on February 8, with the presence of Mayor Miguel Borges who directed the works and the architects Pedro Costa and Ana Gomes do Atelier MODO. In the room were various entities, some from outside the municipality, which addressed the more operational aspects of the future intervention in the historical center of Sardoal. At the same time, the participants were ready to collaborate in future actions, and the Municipality’s structures, in particular the Mayor and the Office of Support to the Entrepreneur, valued this intention, which they welcomed.
Duartes and Sales was present to share with those present their availability for eco-construction and sustainable rehabilitation projects, looking with good eyes at small-scale experiences that ORU will certainly provide.
